Services
Boise DryNest provides professional restoration services, primarily focused on water damage cleanup and repairs. The exact scope of work for your project will be defined in a separate, written service agreement after an on site assessment.
We reserve the right to use qualified third party vendors or subcontractors to complete parts of your project. Please note that the availability of specific services, equipment, and scheduling can vary based on project demands, location, and the severity of the damage. We do not offer legal or insurance advice.
Quotes, Billing, and Payment
Our initial quotes are estimates based on our assessment of the visible damage. The final invoice may differ depending on hidden damage found during the restoration process or any changes you request (known as change orders). Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement.
We accept common forms of payment, which will be specified on the invoice. You may be required to pay a deposit before work begins. Balances not paid by the due date may be subject to late fees. Disputes regarding an invoice must be submitted in writing within ten business days of receipt.
Insurance and Claims Assistance
We provide assistance by documenting the damage, taking required photographs, and supplying detailed reports to help support your insurance claim. However, all approval decisions, coverage amounts, and final payments rest solely with your insurance company.
Boise DryNest does not guarantee coverage or payment by any insurer. You, the client, are ultimately responsible for payment of all services rendered, regardless of your insurance carrier’s decision or timeline for payment.
Scheduling, Access, and Site Conditions
You must provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the property during agreed upon access windows. It is your responsibility to ensure utilities, like water and electricity, are functional unless the service is a complete utility shut down.
You must secure all necessary permissions for us to work on the property. Work may be paused if we encounter undisclosed hazardous conditions, aggressive pets, unaccompanied minors, or if safety is otherwise compromised. Delays caused by lack of access or site issues may affect project timelines.
Health and Safety
Boise DryNest is committed to high safety standards. Our technicians are trained to follow industry practices, including IICRC standards where applicable. We use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), containment barriers, and negative air setups as required by the job.
We use EPA registered disinfectants when needed. We comply with all applicable health and safety rules and regulations in Boise, Idaho. You must follow all safety instructions given by our team while work is ongoing at your property.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth restoration process, you are responsible for certain actions. These include removing valuable or fragile items from the work area when requested. You must disclose any known preexisting property damage or conditions that may affect the restoration process.
You are required to follow all safety warnings and comply with the drying and ventilation instructions provided by our technicians during and after the job. Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the outcome of the restoration and void certain warranties.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We offer a limited workmanship warranty on the specific restoration work we perform, as detailed in your service agreement. This warranty excludes damage or issues caused by preexisting property conditions, normal wear and tear, hidden defects or conditions we could not have found, or failures caused by acts of nature or third party services.
Boise DryNest does not guarantee the complete removal of all odors or stains due to the nature of flood and fire damage. Our liability is limited as described below.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Boise, Idaho law, Boise DryNest‘s total liability for any claim related to the services or the website will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost revenue, lost profits, or replacement costs, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, or any other legal theory.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, you must notify Boise DryNest as soon as possible. Non-emergency work cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparatory costs.
Emergency restoration work, due to its urgent nature, may be handled differently. Fees related to emergency response that has already begun, such as crew dispatch or supply delivery, will be due regardless of cancellation.
